RPTU und Wirtschaftsministerin Schmitt präsentieren autonom fahrenden Unimog
Die rheinland-pfälzische Wirtschaftsministerin Daniela Schmitt hat gemeinsam mit Professor Dr. Karsten Berns die Ergebnisse des Projekts zur Entwicklung eines autonom fahrenden Unimog bei einer Live-Demonstration in Kaiserslautern vorgestellt. Die Forschung des Lehrstuhls Robotersysteme (RRLab) im Fachbereich Informatik der Rheinland-Pfälzischen Technischen Universität Kaiserslautern-Landau wurde vom Ministerium mit rund 800.000 Euro unterstützt. Das Projekt konzentrierte sich auf den Einsatz des Unimog in schwierigem Gelände abseits von Straßen, wie beispielsweise im Weinbau.Zum Beitrag in SAT1
